An original oil painting on masonite by Cecilia Brendel - "Grace" With Jeff Cavins as the model praying before a meal to give thanksgiving to God. Jeff is the founder of the famous Bible Time line study, and author of several books. There are several secrets to this painting. Some purposely added and some occurred as the painting was evolving. One secret that occurred is the profile image of Jesus Christ in the bread as He looks up to the crucifix.
About Cecilia Brendel
Heirloom Original Oil Paintings Cecilia Brendel was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She studied art at Indiana University South Bend and graduated with an Associates degree in Graphic Arts from Ivy Tech State College in South Bend, Indiana, in 1982. Her experience as an artist includes technical illustrating at the University of Notre Dame, Florida Institute of Technology, Wright State University, McGraw-Hill Publishing, Holiday Rambler, and Harley-Davidson. Cecilia has designed book covers for American Book Publishers and GMA Publishing. Illustrated children's books, CD covers, poster designs, and other technical projects.
